What if you just eat meat?

Suppose you look a little thin, so everyone tells you to eat more meat. You got bored and thought that from today you will not eat anything but meat and you will get fat in less time. But now you are thinking, what problems can you have if you just eat meat?

Now I think to answer the beautiful question that comes to your mind, so let's talk about this!

If vegetables with good fiber are not on your diet, the first problem you will suffer from is constipation. This is a common problem for bodybuilders as they eat a lot of protein. In the days when meat is eaten in the morning and afternoon on the Eid of Qurbani, many people suffer from constipation. Now think, how serious will the problem be if you always eat meat!

Moreover, the easiest way for our body to build energy is to convert carbohydrates into glucose, your body will start burning fat and important proteins when you stop eating carbohydrates. The side effects of which are very dangerous.
Another potential killer of just eating meat can be a lack of vitamin C. Because cooked meat contains very little vitamin C. Humans are unfortunately one of the few animals whose bodies do not make their own vitamin C. This means we need to eat fruits and vegetables to get vitamin C. Vitamin C is needed because without it our body does not make collagen and without it your scurvy will appear. Besides, there will be rashes and gum disease, bad breath etc.

Now you can say, I eat raw meat, then these problems will not occur. Since raw meat contains high amounts of vitamin C, it is mainly lost due to the cooking process. You can eat but raw meat will be good for you depending on how fresh the meat is. Based on this, the number of your bacterial diseases may also increase. So you can't eat raw meat even if you want to because it has serious health risks.
Eating too much meat can lead to protein poisoning - including nausea, diarrhea, and the high levels of urea produced by the liver when converting more protein into glucose for energy can lead to death.

But now the question may come to the minds of many, the meat was exclusively on the food list of the Inuit people of Canada, so how were they healthy? The answer is that they ate liver-like meat, which contained vitamins D and A, and oily fish for omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, they ate a lot of raw meat from which they got a lot of vitamin C and fat. In this way almost all the necessary food items could be obtained.

Lastly, if you do not have a specific genetics and for some reason you have to eat meat - then I would say, do not always forget the plan to survive by eating meat. Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly and stay healthy.
