So when sunlight falls on the surface of the ocean, the wavelengths of red, orange, and yellow light are absorbed faster by seawater, but less by the wavelength of relatively light blue. As a result, the blue light quickly penetrates about 30 meters into the ocean floor and the unsaturated blue light is reflected in our eyes. As a result, the water in this mixture of blue light has a slightly bluish color. But it's not that easy to understand that little. Due to a large amount of water in the sea or large lake, there is an excess of blue. As a result, the seawater looks blue. Moreover, the color of salt and other minerals and some of it can be seen in the seawater. If there is a clear blue sky, it is reflected in the seawater. But for that, the sea has to be relatively calm and you have to bend down a little and look at at least 10 degrees to see the shadow of that blue sky.
However, the fact that seawater is only blue is not correct. For example, the color of the water in the Atlantic is green. Again the color of the water of the Red Sea is red. Just what!
